Environment description:

"A dark tower somewhere. Lightning flashes outside. Two silhouetted figures (King Anthracite and the Consultant) are speaking inside as the camera smoothly flies through a window."

Environment requirements:

Tower model - interior and exterior.

Evironment - hills (polygonal), evironmental sphere (night)

Lighting setup - night (moonlight)

Bag of coins - if you can make it better then it is feel free to try

Sign consultant on the door

 

Lightning... don't really know how to aproach it...

 

 

                ----------Scene 2- Fetid Forest... Dragon Attack!---------

Environment description:

"A nice meadow by the woods. We see KA and Ugly Maiden. sitting on horses. The Ugly Maiden has her full ugly costume on. TV reporters and camera technicians and perfect hairdos loiter around, drinking coffee and soda pop. KA has a walkie-talkie. He raises it to his mouth:"

"Female Newscaster: And it's a lovely day here in Fetid Woods!"

 

Environment requirements:

Meadow by the woods  (Summer or late spring time vegetation).

Woods - 6 or more different kinds of trees, 3 or more different kind of bushes.

Evironmental sphere - lovely day, meadows.

Lighting setup - lovely daylight.

                ----------Scene 3- Glum Throne Room---------

King of Glum

Environment description:

"Throne Room of the land of Glum. The king, Queen and Prince are sitting in their thrones looking bored. The queen is playing chess with her cat, who is not playing chess with her, but rather washing himself; the king is dozing with a newspaper on his head; and Prince Charlie is playing what appears to be a Gameboy, which keeps emitting muffled beeping sounds."

"2 Heralds walks in at the other side of the room. One blows a trumpet. King sits up."

"bright sunny day outside. Inside it's dry, dusty, and boring. You know, like you're in a schoolroom in spring. Light's probably coming in the windows and diffusing gently. It's the kind of light that dustmotes float through, though we probably won't ahve any."

 

Environment requirements:

Throne room interior (no exterior), room entrance should be at the other side of the room than thrones. Room should look royal with such decorations.

3 throne chairs - king's , queen's and prince's

Evironmental sphere -  bright sunny day

Lighting setup - Light's probably coming in the windows and diffusing gently. It's the kind of light that dustmotes float through, though we probably won't ahve any.

              ----------Scene 4- The Quest Begins---------

Smidgeon

2 Horses 

 

Environment description:

"Doesn't matter if it's a drawbridge or a real bridge. It should be a little shorter than the one we have. Glum is supposed to be a small, poor, ordinary country. A really long bridge looks a bit too spectacular. the scenery should look like a nice summer day but not really idealistc or spectacular."

"Outside the castle of Glum- Prince Charlie and Smidgeon are riding over the drawbridge. Smidgeon is whistling. Prince Charlie is still sullen."

"they ride for a while without talking. S starts whistling but PC glares at him and he trails off. It's a beautiful day with birds singing and flowers blooming. PC has been riding hunched over, but as the fresh air and scenic beauty starts to get to him he sits up straighter and takes a deep breath."

Environment requirements:

Castle exterior with drawbridge or ordinary bridge. - The castle door should be possible to animate opening, as Pr.Ch. and Sm. walk out of the castle. Little low detailed interior should be modeled couse camera will probably glace in a bit as castle door are opening. 

     ----    sort of - currently noone is working on it...

Modeled environment of forest path after draw/bridge. Should include 3D landscape, trees and bushes included.

Evironmental sphere -  hills in the distance, "It's a beautiful day" "The sky is blue... the air is fresh"

Other models:

 

Few kinds of trees that go together. - high poly ones for the areas where camera will go close and low poly ones for  the areas away from the camera.

 

Birds  - must be completely 3D - transmaps for feathers off course. Should be possible to animate them singing. Maybe flying maybe not. We can make few different kinds of birds by changing the texture on the same model - so we don't have to model many birds. - inactive

 

Blooming flowers. - as many different kinds as you can come up with :)
